This resort is the first resort that I started the 1 month traveling in Thailand and at the time I did not have too much of expectation since this is the first time I have stay at Ritz Carltonn property especially during pandemic period. All in all, a great place to unwind and relax. The staff were always really friendly, with a particular mention for Carl, an assistant manager and Beauty, who served us at breakfast - both were a pleasure and went above and beyond. Worth also mentioning the Sea Salt pool restaurant for its crispy belly pork Pad Kra Pao. Food was excellent, and breakfast was always freshly cooked. Where else to sit in your pool and watch turtles feeding on the rocks, and eagles and kites flying by at eye level - amazing! Hint - some of the lower number rooms are closer to the beach and restaurants, whereas the higher numbers are higher up with a better view.
#Thailand koh samui super strain color full
We never had to wait more than 5 minues, but the hotel was only 35% full - hopefully this would not be an issue in busier times.

The resort is very big, and given the temp when we there (34°c and 75% humidity) the only way to get around is via buggy. However, if that is not an issue for you as it was for us, then this is a 5 out of 5.

They aren't walkable and you need to get a taxi. Hotels near iSUP Samui Stand Up Paddlingįirstly, let me say this a lovely resort, and the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is that it is a little further away from the town and restaurants/shops than we thought.Hotels near Thai Cooking Class Samui Good Herb.Hotels near The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui.
